Website guide purchase terms

Before purchasing: The guide costs $99.99 as a one-time digital purchase. Sales are final and non-refundable, except where applicable law requires a refund. Colby will personally assist if you get stuck following the guide. If Colby performs work on your project, additional fees may apply, with your approval before the work starts.
1. Your purchase
These terms apply to the purchase of BUILD • PUBLISH • OWN IT: The AI-Powered Business Website Launch Guide from Colby Technologies LLC. The purchase includes the 44-page PDF guide, with prompts you may copy and adapt for your own website projects. The product is the version 1, September 2026 edition.
The price is $99.99 USD, paid once. Applicable tax, if any, is shown before payment. This purchase is for the digital guide and the personal guidance described below. Domain registration, AI tools, hosting, email services and other third-party fees are separate.
Digital access is provided after successful payment through the purchase confirmation and download process. Use an email address you can access. Contact Colby if you have trouble receiving or opening your purchased files.
2. Final sale and refunds
Digital guide purchases are final and non-refundable. Colby Technologies LLC does not offer discretionary refunds for this product, including if you change your mind or decide not to complete your website.
This policy does not exclude refunds or other remedies required by applicable law. Nothing in these terms limits consumer rights that applicable law does not allow you to waive.
Please review the guide’s contents, intended workflow and tool requirements before purchasing. You can ask Colby a question if you are unsure whether the guide fits your project.
3. Personal assistance when you get stuck
Colby will personally assist buyers who get stuck while following the guide. Email colby@colbytechnologies.com and include the guide step or topic, what you tried and the error or issue you are seeing. Do not email account passwords, payment information or secret keys.
Personal assistance includes explanations and troubleshooting guidance to help you understand the next step. The guide purchase does not include a custom website build or ongoing website management.
4. Additional work and fees
Additional fees may apply if resolving your issue requires Colby to perform work on your project. Examples may include editing code, configuring services, fixing a deployment, creating an integration or completing part of the website for you.
Before starting paid work, Colby will explain the proposed scope and fees and obtain your approval. Purchasing the guide or asking for help does not automatically authorize paid work. You may decide whether to accept the proposed work.
5. How you may use the guide
Your purchase grants you permission to download and use the files for your own personal or internal business purposes. You may copy and adapt the included prompts into your own website projects.
You may not resell, redistribute, upload for public access or otherwise share the guide, PDF or substantial portions of its contents with others. Buying the guide does not transfer ownership of the guide’s content or Colby Technologies branding.
6. Third-party tools and results
The guide uses third-party tools including ChatGPT, write-capable Codex, GitHub, Astro, Cloudflare Pages and Resend. You are responsible for your accounts, access, subscriptions and compliance with each service’s terms. Tool interfaces, pricing, limits and features may change after this edition.
The walkthrough focuses on a static business website. Your project’s requirements may need additional tools or work. Review AI-generated content and code, confirm your business information and test the site before publishing.
The guide does not guarantee search rankings, traffic, leads, revenue, a particular completion time or compatibility with every project. Outcomes depend on your implementation, your business, third-party services and other factors.
